- Returns & Replacements
- We pride ourselves on a superior customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. Below are the easy steps you must follow in order to exchange or return an item.
Items purchased online at Men`s Dress Shirts MAY NOT be exchanged or returned to Men's Dress Shirts stores for any reason. If you wish to return an item, you should us the rma form which is located under RMA in the control panel of your account once you are logged in.
In the event that a return is requested, all items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Any Exchange/Return requests received after that deadline will be automatically refused.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damages. All tags must be attached, including the refund tag that can be found at the back of the items. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the Exchange/Refund.
We do charge a 18$ restocking fees which is necessary for us in order to recoup some of the losses we take on returns.
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned nor exchanged.
We do not accept returns from outside the U.S. or Canada.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
